At the end of your lease, you have a few options. 

• Return the Vehicle: Hand it back and lease a new Subaru or explore other vehicle options.
• Purchase the Vehicle: Buy the vehicle you’ve been leasing at the predetermined buyout price.

To ensure a smooth return process, follow these steps:

• Review Your Lease Agreement, check for any specific return conditions, and potential fees.
• Thoroughly clean your vehicle both the interior and exterior and remove any garage door remotes and toll tags.
• Perform Maintenance and address any required repairs. 
• Bring your lease agreement and make sure all equipment originally provided with the vehicle is present, including but not limited to: 
  • Keys and keyless remotes
  • Owner’s manual 
  • Headrests
  • Cargo covers/nets (if applicable)
  • License plates (check with DMV to determine plate return requirements)
• Make sure your vehicle is in good condition. Excessive wear and tear might incur additional charges.
• Remember to delete any personal data that may be stored in your vehicle’s audio or navigation system before turn-in.
