We received an email telling us we needed a software update for our Starlink subscription. We called Meredith, our favorite service writer and she scheduled us for the same morning, but with the caveat that the update might take as much as 1.5 hours. She also noted that our car was not totally clean. The software update went perfectly, took an hour and a half, as promised. AND THE CAR WAS WASHED AND TOTALLY SPOTLESS, INSIDE AND OUT! I got quotes from multiple dealerships on a 2016 Forester. Brown's not only blew everybody out of the water on price but they were also amazingly easy to work with. Kevin worked with me over email to get the price to where I wanted it and when I got the dealership he was out on a test drive so Bee took me for a test drive and handled all the paperwork. Brown's SUBARU of Manassas had great selection, very fair prices, and knowledgeable sales people. Our sales associate (Babu) knew cars - having sold Toyota, Honda and Nissan - and was not pressure filled. He did not push... he answered questions clearly, pointed out attributes and features of various cars, and seemed to genuinely care about how well the cars we looked at fit us.
