They are always up front, honest, and accurate. They don't pressure you into any services, don't try scare tactics, and don't make you feel like you don't know what you're doing. I never have to constantly bother them for answers, or feel like I'm being given the runaround. This, and their sales department, have made me a loyal, 3 time Subaru owner, with a 4th one coming soon.

The dealership is very clean and well-organized. Cristian Guevara was my advisor, and he checked me in, explained the service my 2023 Subaru Forester was scheduled to receive, and answered my questions. He was very courteous. I waited in the customer lounge while the service was performed on my car. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time, and I also received a complimentary car wash!

Eric worked very hard to answer our questions and find us the best vehicle. He agreed to replace the shipped mirror at no charge with an upgraded mirror; however, his management then tried to force us to get the chemical treatment package in order to get the mirror replacement; otherwise, we had to pay for the full mirror replacement. My wife and I are completely satisfied with our experience at Safford Brown Subaru when we purchased our brand new Forrester Hybrid Touring trim on May 2, 2025. Our Sales Consultant Anthony Belliard performed perfectly for us, and treated us with respect and dignity. He called us right away when the car was delivered to the dealership to schedule an appointment with him. I had complained about not getting any discount off the MSRP, which from experience I usually have. Consumer Reports states the the discount off a well-equipped Forrester Hybrid Tourister is up to 1% off MSRP, with an average of $265.00.

Sales and service were both very approachable. Sale process was quick and fairly easy. Flexible around individual needs.

The service department paid the most careful attention to an ongoing problem with what seemed to be the malfunctioning of one indicator light in the electronic system. That one light could have been ignored as unimportant. Instead, Grayson had the patience to listen to the complicated history and to take it seriously. Great first-time service experience. Christopher did a great job making me feel welcome and taking care of all my car needs with great customer service. CV joints were making a lot of noise, and fortunately, the replacements were covered under warranty.

Everything was fine except that there was no discount off the MSRP. I have never paid full MSRP on a car before. But Anthony was great as our sales associate.

Eddie was incredibly helpful and kind. He took the time to hear my issues and addressed them all. He showed me additional services that my car could use but didn't push me to get them done at that time, which I appreciated. It made me have faith in him caring for me and the car.

Second time at the service center and I was still getting used to their processes. I was instantly at ease when approached by caring and knowledgeable staff. The recall on my vehicle was explained to me when I asked for details. The whole process went smoothly.

No longer trustworthy dealership. They Bait and switch, misleading and dishonest. I wanted the car, so I made the purchase. But the sales gal is a liar.

It’s easy to schedule and they greet you when you arrive. The use of their texting update system makes little sense when you know I’m in the waiting room, but it’s a nice place with great hospitality touches while you’re waiting. You’re going to come talk to me and very nicely review your findings anyway. Love their work. The fact the wash and vacuum the car thoroughly is the cherry on the top. I’ll never go anywhere else.

Tommy and the whole team were great putting my needs first. I was presented with several choices of models and colors and when I had made my choice the financing options were clear and the guidance helpful. I’ll recommend Safford Brown to friends.

I was totally dismayed that Stafford Brown now charges a surcharge on credit card payments. SB is not shy on it’s pricing. The surcharge is an insult to customers and will make me rethink taking my Outback elsewhere for service. Since I purchased the car four years ago, it has only been serviced by SF.

We purchased a new 2012 Subaru Outback and had all service done there until the year 36,000 expired. Service price for routine maintenance was reasonable and the loaner cars were nice. We started using a local mechanic until we experienced transmission problems at about 65,000. I called Browns Subaru and was informed that the transmission warranty had been extended to 100,000 miles. They fixed the transmission at no cost to us. The car now has over 150,000 with no major issues. We will probably go back when we do is to get another Subaru.

This is the best dealership in the world. My experience was better than I could have imagined. Tommy Stith and Kayla Dunaway helped me make my purchase easy and painless.I would recommend this dealer to anyone needing a Subaru.

We received an email telling us we needed a software update for our Starlink subscription. We called Meredith, our favorite service writer and she scheduled us for the same morning, but with the caveat that the update might take as much as 1.5 hours. She also noted that our car was not totally clean. The software update went perfectly, took an hour and a half, as promised. AND THE CAR WAS WASHED AND TOTALLY SPOTLESS, INSIDE AND OUT!
